Bill Scott Sheets: 

You know him from Cash vs. The King.
Now he returns to Medora to debut this new show.

Bill’s musical theatre credits include: Million Dollar Quartet Christmas (’21, ’22 Nat. Tour), Million Dollar Quartet (Norwegian Cruise Line, Paramount Theatre/Chicago, Wick Theatre, Phoenix Theatre Company, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Berkshire Theatre Group, PCPA) and Ring of Fire (Drury Lane Theatre, Palace Theater, Capital Repertory Theatre). Concert credits: Million Dollar Reunion, December of ’63. Original Cast Album: Million Dollar Quartet Christmas. Born and raised in Owasso, OK, Bill received his Bachelor’s in Music Education at Oklahoma State University. Bill would like to thank his wife, family, and dog for their love and support.  @bill_sheets 

Trenna Barnes: 

Hailing from Tulsa, Oklahoma; this Midwestern girl has graced stages all over the world in 40 different countries. She’s shared the stage with the likes of Charlie Daniels, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins, Hank Williams and Huey Lewis. (To name a few…) Trenna performed as June Carter in the traveling theatrical Broadway show of Ring of Fire in 17 regional equity theatres with each production lasting 3-4 months. Her favorite shows have been the ones for our deployed troops, and she even spent Thanksgiving in Sarajevo and Christmas in Kosovo with them. Trenna is excited to be performing in the Badlands, singing some of the best songs ever written.

Mike Lucchetti 

Drums/Co-Music Director

Mike is a professional drummer hailing from the Poconos of Pennsylvania. He has been touring and recording since 15 years old. Some of his favorite credits include The Vans Warped Tour, Sweet Charity National Tour, The Buddy Holly Story, Rock Of Ages, and 24 productions of Million Dollar Quartet including the MDQ National Tour. When not on land you can find him at sea cruising around the world as a guest entertainer with The Rave-On’s a tribute to Buddy Holly and 50’s rock and roll extravaganza. He is also a drum instructor online offering lessons for all skill levels. Thanks to Kinley and the entire cast and crew in Medora. Jay Osborne

Guitar/Strings

Jay was born in the UK and has the vast experience of over 23 years of internationally touring, theatre, session, cruise and TV work, with an array of bands and productions including some of the biggest names in the industry; BBC, Disney, Kenwright, O2, Island Records, Sky 1, The Daily Wire, The London Palladium and Sony Records. He has also played and/or supported various artists including; Blind Mississippi Morris, Jay Osmond, Dustin Tavella (AGT Winner), Blink 182, The Kooks, The Hives, and Bob Dylan to name just a few. Jay has performed in hit West End and Broadway musicals ‘The Osmonds – A New Musical’ (ROYO), ‘Cilla – The Musical’ (Kenwright), ‘Dreamboats & Petticoats’ (Kenwright), ‘Buddy Holly & The Cricketers’ (Fielder), ‘Million Dollar Quartet’ (Mead & Weinstein) and ‘One Man Two Guvnors’ (Derby Theatre) plus many others. He is also a selected advisory board member at The Mississippi Music Foundation and is proudly endorsed by Rotosound Strings, Höfner Guitars and Cusack Music.

Hunter Semrau

Keys/Vocals

Hunter Semrau is a New York based singer, actor, and musician originally from Canada, and is so excited to spend his first summer in Medora! His recent credits include the National Tours of Million Dollar Quartet and Million Dollar Quartet Christmas, regional productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Grease (Doody), Shakespeare’s R&J (Juliet), and originating roles in the premieres of Goblins & Gates and Ally in NYC. He has spent the greater part of his life performing in musicals as well as playing both piano and guitar in various acoustic groups, dueling piano concerts, and rock bands. In New York you can find him playing piano bar at Don’t Tell Mama. Hunter is a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a BM in Musical Theatre. @huntersemrau, huntersemrau.com

Carlos Zagal

Bass

Carlos is quickly establishing himself as a reliable, easy-to-work-with musician within the Orange County/Inland Empire. His music journey is unique, in that he did not play an instrument until entering college. He began his studies in his early twenties at Fullerton College and would later transfer to Cal State Fullerton where he graduated in 2023. During his tenure at the schools, he studied under Luther Hughes, Bill Cunliffe, Gary Wicks, Joe Jewell, Mike Scott, Bruce Babad, Bruce Miller, Kye Palmer, and Rodolfo Zuniga, amongst other musicians. Carlos has played for The Cal State Fullerton Jazz Orchestra, The Cal State Fullterton Jazz Chamber Ensemeble, and The Fullerton Jazz Singers. This is Carlos’ 3rd gig with a Bass in the Badlands, playing the Medora Musical and Cash vs. The King in 2025.
