The Waddington Brothers

The Waddington Brothers, a band of four brothers from rural North Dakota, perform what they live: music that is real to them, that takes listeners on a journey through the heart of the American West. Seth, Ethan, Jacob, and Job Waddington skillfully blend cowboy and bluegrass music, creating a style that’s timelessly classic and yet refreshingly new and unique. With their rich, stirring vocal harmonies and instrumental versatility, this quartet has developed a sound that is truly as strong as it is special.
The Everly Brothers Experience
October 7 – October 18, 2026
The Everly Brothers’ career lasted over half a century, they recorded 21 studio albums, sold more than 60 million records worldwide, had over 30 billboard top-100 singles.. They influenced countless legendary artists that came after them including The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Bee Gees, Crosby Stills and Nash..and the list goes on.
Figuring It Out
October 21 - October 31, 2026
Figuring It Out: Abello Acoustics Band is a tight-knit family band bringing an acoustic touch to multiple genres, including Christian Contemporary, Folk, Bluegrass, Celtic, Swing and more. Hailing from Northern Minnesota, they enjoy performances out of state and close to home.

Medora’s oldest Saloon & Steakhouse. Established as a place where local cowboys could hang their hats, this saloon is located in the heart of Medora and features blackjack, video gaming, and pull-tabs. Open year-round and specializing in beef, bison, and elk steaks, the historic Little Missouri Saloon also offers the largest selection of on-tap craft beers in the area.

Chateau de Mores

Chateau de Mores – This 26-room, two-story frame building was built in 1883 as the summer residence of the Marquis’s family. The Chateau is now a historic house museum and contains many of the original furnishings and personal effects of the de Mores family.

North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame
Daily | 9:00am – 6:00pm
Medora’s history was built on the back of a horse. Experience the legends of cowboys, cowgirls, and Native Americans in this immersive museum experience.
South Unit Visitor Center
Daily | 8:30am – 4:30pm
At the visitor center rangers can assist with trip planning, and issue backcountry permits. Theodore Roosevelt’s Maltese Cross Cabin, located just outside, is open for self-guided tours year-round. Ranger-led cabin tours are offered in the summer. The park film, Refuge of the American Spirit, is shown in the theater. A bookstore sells books, postcards, and more. A museum houses artifacts from Theodore Roosevelt’s presidency and time in the North Dakota Badlands.
