If you choose mail delivery, expect vouchers to be mailed within 2 weeks of purchase. Keep these vouchers safe—they’re necessary for redeeming tickets when they become available for purchase in February. You can redeem them online at Medora.com or by calling 1-800-MEDORA-1, using the unique Redemption ID on each voucher.
