Inspired by Teddy Roosevelt’s favorite game, Point-to-Point Hikes, which had just one rule — whatever obstacle lies ahead, you must never go around, but always over, under, or through.

Manitou Zipline
Buckle into this two-seat zipline, ride it up backward while taking in the view of Medora and the Badlands, and then shoot back down on the ride of a lifetime!
Minimum:
- Must be at least 47” to ride alone
- Must be at least 42” when riding with someone over 47”
- No minimum weight limit
Maximum:
- No maximum height limit
- For one individual rider- must be less than 300 lbs
- For two riders together- must be less than 450 lbs combined

Perception
Wild Bill Sorensen has spent nearly half a century in Historic Medora performing magic and illusions – deceiving the eyes of the young and old. Along with his friend, Don Otto, the high-diving fool, who spent many years performing in the Badlands!
The two know the land, the people, and the history – but the thing they know most is the magic deep within in the Badlands!
MAGIC – IT’S THE ONLY WAY TO EXPLAIN THE PHENOMENON THAT HAS COME TO BE KNOWN AS PERCEPTION.
Now, skeptics may say it’s just the law of gravity or physics, but Wild Bill and Don know it is a magical accident that altered the makeup of these bluffs and tipped this shack on end! And they are ready to reveal the obscure, unexplainable way that up is down and down…. well who knows!

For the best view of Medora, nothing beats the Point to Point Trails. Lovingly built directly into the stunning bluffs that overlook the town, the trail offers outdoor lovers a chance to go “over, under, through — but never around,” in the words of Theodore Roosevelt.
Plus, join guided hikes Tuesday – Saturday at 7:30am weather permitting.Â
