Nestled just off of downtown Medora, Ferris Store Lodging is Medora’s most historic property. The general store celebrated its grand opening on August 4, 1885 – with living quarters upstairs for Joe and Lilly Ferris – who often hosted their friend Theodore Roosevelt on his visits to Medora.
Today, this historic property features four king rooms, each decorated in 1880’s finery and dedicated to key figures in Medora’s story: Teddy Roosevelt, Joe Ferris, Medora de Vallombrosa Marquise de Morès, and the Northern Pacific Railroad.
Experience Medora’s hospitality – just like Teddy Roosevelt did – at Ferris Store Lodging.
