Midwinter Table at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library
A seated, three-course dinner on the opening night of Cowboy Christmas. Every course highlights a local ingredient or producer, and the producers attend to talk about their work. The menu, prepared by Salt + Scoria, celebrates the hardiness of the people of the Badlands: preserved and smoked foods, winter-foraged ingredients, and a through-line from Indigenous foodways to homesteading, ranching, and today’s growers.
Reception at 6:00 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM.
$150 per person, 75 seats, with optional beer and wine pairings.
Paired with Cowboy Christmas, Midwinter Table makes for a perfect weekend getaway in Medora.
