The Medora Musical is performed live and outside. That means we experience North Dakota’s weather – from stunning sunsets to sudden showers. Our team makes every effort to present each performance as fully as possible while keeping our guests and performers safe.
Because North Dakota weather can change quickly, shows are never canceled in advance. If weather impacts your performance, please watch your email for real-time updates from our team regarding delays or changes.
If a show is canceled or stopped due to weather, shows lasting less than 60 minutes are considered “rained out.”Â
For any rained-out performance, each paid ticket holder will receive two vouchers, valid for any Medora Musical performance this year or next year.
If your show is rained out, you’ll receive an email with a form to request your vouchers. You may also call 1-800-MEDORA-1 or stop by the Medora Musical Welcome Center, Ticket Junction, or the front desk of our lodging partners (Rough Riders Hotel, Hotel 1883, Badlands Motel, Elkhorn Quarters, or Medora Campground) for assistance.
We encourage guests to book early as tours have limited availability. Tickets may be purchased online, or by calling 1-800-MEDORA-1. If tickets remain available, they may be purchased on the day of the event at the Medora Musical Welcome Center, Ticket Junction, or the front desk of our lodging partners (Rough Riders Hotel, Hotel 1883, Badlands Motel, Elkhorn Quarters, or Medora Campground). Will call tickets may be picked up at any of these locations prior to the performance.
This is the official ticketing site for Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation events. Beware the risk of buying from unauthorized sellers. Medora is currently experiencing an increase in fraudulent ticket resellers. To avoid scams and ensure you receive the best value, please purchase tickets only through our official channels. Official Medora tickets are always the lowest price available.
For the Behind The Scenes Tours, tickets priced above $18.95 are likely fraudulent.
Book safely at medora.com, through our official ticketing partner etix.com, or by calling 1-800-MEDORA-1.
If you believe you may have purchased fraudulent tickets, please call 1-800-MEDORA-1. Our team will be happy to help ensure you have a seat at the show.
Tickets may not be resold for any amount higher than the face value printed on the ticket. Any person caught scalping tickets will have their ticket voided and charged a 50% restocking fee to place the ticket back into inventory. Scalpers will be banned from future ticket purchases at Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation’s venues.
Full Behind the Scenes Tours are not wheelchair accessible. Access to the stage and backstage areas requires walking on uneven terrain and using stairs.
If you have accessibility questions or would like to request accommodations, please call 1-800-MEDORA-1. While the stage itself is not accessible, our team is happy to adjust the tour experience when possible to help make your visit more accessible.
