We monitor major storms closely. We know that guests look forward to their visits to the Medora Musical and that many travel great distances to be here, so we do everything in our power to stay open in the event of adverse weather events. However, we prioritize guest and staff safety, so can require operational changes.
Any performance lasting one hour or less that must be stopped due to weather is considered “rained out.” Patrons attending a performance that is “rained out” can receive two free vouchers for every full-price ticket purchased, redeemable for any future performance for this season or next. Tickets purchased using a voucher or season pass are not considered full price.
Entry and presence within the Burning Hills Amphitheatre constitutes your consent to be photographed and filmed and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance and voice for any purpose in perpetuity in connection with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
There are ticket resellers and secondary markets for tickets. To eliminate the risk of fraud, get tickets through our official ticketing locations at medora.com or physical ticketing locations in Medora.
Tickets may not be resold for any amount higher than the face value printed on the ticket. Any person caught scalping tickets will have their ticket voided and charged a 50% restocking fee to place the ticket back into inventory. Scalpers will be banned from future ticket purchases at Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation’s venues.
