The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) hires more than 300 employees each year to fill a variety of seasonal job positions. On average, each year people from all over the United States as well as 20+ foreign countries are represented by our seasonal employees. Our staff consists of high school and college students, working adults, and retired adults from across the United States, as well as a diverse mix of international employees from across the globe!

Non Management Positions

Accounting Internship

Position Summary:
This opportunity will allow college students to gain accounting experience in a tourism/seasonal business setting.

Essential Job Functions:
-Deposit and code daily cash and credit card receipts from all TRMF entities
-Prepare and distribute daily revenue and labor reports
-Assist in preparation of hourly payroll, including meal usage deductions
-Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures
-Assist in the accounts payable department
-Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-Must be working toward a degree in accounting and be knowledgeable in the operation of computers, telephone system, and Microsoft Office.
-Must have good communication skills.
-Must be able to work well in a team.
-Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding TRMF information.
 

Amphitheater Assistant to Front of House Manager

Assist the Amphitheater Front of House Manager in checking employees in for their shift at the Medora Musical, stay up to date on safety protocol etc. For more information, follow this link.

Amphitheatre Technicians

Assist with back-stage activities at the Medora Musical; maintain set pieces, props, and equipment; participate in amphitheatre retail and concession sales; amphitheatre cleaning and maintenance. For more information, follow this link.

Assistant Volunteer Coordinator

Assist with weekly orientation and training of volunteer workers, housing check-in and check-out, make and distribute nametags, compile volunteer information for database, put together information packets, collect and compile weekly. For more information, follow this link

Bartender

Prepare standard mixed drinks; pour wine and beer; prepare mixed drinks to match customer's specific orders. Collect payment and operate the cash register. Clean up after customers and keep bar and front area clean. Be familiar with serving standards as well, as often bartenders will be responsible for taking and delivering some food orders as well. Campground Customer Service Representative

Campground Grounds

Family Fun Center Staff
